Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from babybeworld. Please read them before you order.

Your order. When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll let you know and won't charge you.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching your order.

Products. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please use the size guide on each product page to choose the right size: measure your baby's height and choose by height rather than age.

Delivery. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and your rights. You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery. Our Refund Policy explains how. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Safe use. Always supervise your baby when using any of our products, and follow the care and safety information on each product page.

Our responsibility. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
