Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times. Orders usually arrive in 7 to 14 working days. Our products are sent directly from our supplier's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than from a high-street shop. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Delays and missing parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days, email us at babybeworld@outlook.com with your order number and we'll track it down. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
