Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order at any time from placing it until 14 days after it arrives. Just email us within that time to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Returns are free. We cover the cost of return postage. Email us at babybeworld@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

Your refund. We refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you've sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Please return items unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than you would need to check it in a shop.

Faulty or wrong items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can't take back. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of disposable bibs once the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
